Ananthasainasana Practice
During Ananthasainasana, I practiced meditation for half an hour continuously. The head became completely magnetized, and all the spine centers, from the shoulder level to the crown, up to the Kutastha point, were magnetized. This intense awareness of the spine and head centers creates a deep internal energy flow.
