Introduction & Psyche Inertia
Friends, let’s start with something simple, yet deeply profound. Imagine cooking a curry. Every time you cook the same curry repeatedly, even after washing the vessel thoroughly, some aroma of the previous curry remains. The vessel retains its inertia. If you repeat the same recipe over days or months, even strong detergents cannot completely remove the flavor. The vessel develops a strong habitual pattern, an entanglement with the same flavor.
Now, if you prepare a completely new curry, wash the vessel thoroughly, and repeat the process with a different recipe the next day, the vessel regains its flexibility and neutrality. The utility is diversified, and the vessel is no longer trapped in the inertia of one repeated flavor.
Similarly, our psyche is like this vessel. Each new spiritual insight or thought is like a fresh curry. Once the thought is evolved, it is absorbed, but traces of it remain as karmic residues. Repeating the same thought endlessly, just for mental satisfaction or habitual pleasure, creates strong inertia—vasana bal—which traps the psyche in a loop, preventing spiritual evolution.
The solution is clear: absorb insights as they come, but do not indulge repeatedly in the same experience. Wash out the old impressions. Diversify your thoughts and observations. Let each day bring new insights, without craving repetition. Only then does the psyche evolve layer by layer.
Be aware: static spiritual experiences or mental attachments can be more dangerous than social attachments. They create strong entanglement, ego satisfaction, and stagnation. Spirituality is not chaos nor attachment; it is a continuously evolving journey. One should not advertise themselves as a spiritual person just to receive ego gratification. True spiritual growth requires dynamic observation, presence, and continuous engagement in both worldly duties and yogic practices.
Every action must be performed fully in its place—social duties socially, meditation duties meditatively. This creates vibrational resonance, increases the frequency of the psyche, and enables spiritual evolution. Observational presence, rather than indulgent experience, is the path to genuine progress.
Now, let’s focus on the anchor point of God’s presence—the inward sound, Omkarnadam. Beginners often experience it like a magical honeybee-like ringing. This sound is subtle, ever-present, and accessible to anyone who tunes inward. You can read more about this foundational experience here:

Omkarnatham + Awareness Integration & Conclusion
Therefore, intuition alone—the mere act of listening—is enjoyable, but limited. Awareness—the knowledge of the source, nature, and mechanism of the sound—elevates the practice. The combination of intuition (Omkarnadam / inward sound) and awareness (knowledge) creates resonance within the psyche, amplifying spiritual frequency and enabling genuine self-realization.
Intuition (Omkarnadam / Inward Sound) + Awareness (Knowledge) = Self-Realization
This is the pathway to spiritual progress, evolving the psyche layer by layer, and preventing entanglement in static thought or repetitive experiences. Engage fully in every activity, observe with precision, and let the inner resonance guide you toward the infinite.
