Let’s discuss something important. Many so-called spiritual analysts speak about spirituality in a distorted way. They often say the mind is the only power and the body is something polluted or deceptive. Partly, that may sound correct, but the deeper truth is this: the body is not polluted at all. The body is absolutely correct. It is doing its duty perfectly.

The Body Is Not Polluted — The Psyche Is Displaced

If you observe clearly, the body is always right in its own place. The psyche, or the mind, is displaced from its origin. Because it is not in its rightful place, it becomes polluted. And because of that pollution, it indulges into the body in a wrong way. Instead of serving the body, it interferes with it. It sends wrong signals, wrong intentions, and disturbs the biological harmony. The body itself is not wrong. Everything has its own correctness. We must respect the body and its biological mechanisms.

Why the Body Functions Perfectly on Its Own

The body is right in its own way. You are not at the right place. Because of that displacement, the psyche indulges in bodily sensations in a distorted manner. Let the body do its own job. It must. Every bodily function is important. Every bodily function is also spiritual, because every function is necessary for life.

The problem arises only when the psyche completely indulges into the body. That indulgence disturbs bodily functioning—not because the body is wrong, but because the psyche is scattered and misaligned.

The Body as a Home for the Psyche

The body is like a home for the psyche. It accommodates it through many mechanisms. Sensory organs are doing their duties perfectly. Organs, tissues, systems—everything is functioning well. The issue is that the mind pollutes them.

The body is not polluted. The mind pollutes through perception, indulgence, stress, wrong intention, and nervous pressure. To fulfill fundamental needs, the psyche naturally interacts with the body and the world. That is normal. But when it continuously operates in this system, it forgets its original role. It forgets that engagement is functional, not identificational. Then it starts indulging deeply into sensations, skin, tissues, pleasures. That is misalignment. Simple. Everything is done by the mind.

Nature Is Effortless — Only the Human Psyche Deviates

Observe nature. Biological actions are effortless, meditative, opinionless. They simply happen. There is no perception involved. Nothing needs to be changed. Everything is already clean.

Only the human psyche feels a need to purify, glorify, or control everything. Other than the human psyche, everything functions perfectly—animals, plants, natural forces, and even your own body. Only the psyche deviates.

Why Mind Creates Pollution, Not the Body

The body works properly. The mind produces pollution through stress, strain, cruelty of thought, and constant psychological pressure. This pollution happens every second. So the fault is not at the level of body or nature. It is only at the level of mind.

When this is said, people misunderstand and think physicality should be avoided. That is a mistake. You must engage in physicality. Every activity should be done attentively and gratefully. The only thing to avoid is carrying residue from one activity into the next.

When Every Activity Becomes Meditation

If this is followed, every human activity becomes meditation. The body becomes rhythmic and harmonious, because it was never polluted to begin with.

Those who think spirituality means rejecting the body are mistaken. The body is a perfect working system. When it functions well, attention becomes possible. Otherwise, the psyche remains under pressure.

Respect the body. Respect bodily activities. Whatever duties you do, whatever hobbies, games, or relationships you maintain—do them with attention and focus. The body is correct. The psyche is misaligned.

Let us correct the brain, not the body.

Health, Illness, and Responsibility

This does not mean neglecting illness. Physiological issues must be treated medically, according to their intensity. Psychological imbalance does affect the body, but that does not mean denying biological care. Everything has its place.

Meditation or spirituality is not against physicality. Every activity must be done at the right time and in the right way. Meditation is not separate from life.

What It Really Means to Be Spiritual

If someone asks how deep one must go to be spiritual, the answer is simple: don’t grasp anything. Don’t add anything. Perceive as it is.

Even if karmic residues exist, they are not dominant. They can synchronize naturally. Do not force biological functions. Do not resist attractions. Resistance creates repression. Repression leads to explosion. Do not create thoughts, and do not create anti-thoughts. Just observe.

Then every physical activity becomes meditative. Consumption does not bind. Indulgence does not enslave. Awareness itself becomes meditation.

Real Karma Yoga — Process Without Residue

Even without sitting separately to meditate, life becomes meditation. This is not a metaphor. This is not an example. This is an actual happening.

In the final takeaway, we can say only one thing. Whatever activity you are doing—any practice, any skill, any art form, martial art, fine art, or discipline—if you continue it for a long period of time, without expectation, without seeking recognition, doing it playfully yet focusedly, honestly and consistently, that activity itself becomes meditation.

The key points are simple: no expectation, no exhibition, no conversion into a financial product. The psyche is engaged, but it does not carry residue. Karmic impressions are not accumulated. The mind enjoys the process, not the result—the making, the learning, the doing.

This is the real art of living. This is real meditation. Not a metaphor. Not an example. This is what real Karma Yoga is. This is not a belief; it is an observation.

Meditation Is Not Separate From Life

Enlightened beings lived naturally. They did not follow rigid routines. Not having a routine was their routine. We see this in J. Krishnamurti, Sivayogi, Ramana Maharshi, Ramananda Paramahamsa, Yogananda, Yukteswarji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Babaji.

Do not separate meditation from life. Do not separate mind from body. Do not give excess priority to either. Everything has its place.

When you work, work fully. When you rest, rest fully. When alone, do not carry residues. Do something simple with attention. That is enough.

Deep mechanisms are not under your control. Knowing them is only for clarity. Fundamental alignment is the only thing required. The rest happens automatically.

That is the takeaway.
