See, my expectation is that every youngster — okay, if you are getting a job, that’s fine. But in the thirst for a job, you may leave all your resources unused. That is not good.
My expectation is that every youngster stepping into this chaotic and highly competitive world should tap into their own agency. Don’t feel overwhelmed; start with whatever resources you have. Don’t immediately seek external resources.
The learning and earning process will give you confidence and open your mind. It opens doors. Without certification or credentials, everyone should be recognized according to their nature and skill set, rather than relying solely on university certifications.
Otherwise, certifications may limit abilities and artificially differentiate between people. Actually, an able person doesn’t necessarily need a certificate. Many entrepreneurs have started their careers without even passing 10th or intermediate, yet reached the peak.
That is the courage you must have. This doesn’t mean neglect your studies. Study and understand knowledge, but simultaneously, if you have any skill, try to work in small places and expect small rewards. Learning and earning will happen, giving you courage and motivation to develop yourself, expand your vision, and create your professional platform.
Final Takeaway: Skill Over Certification
Certification by universities or large investors is not just required for a job; it may serve as an entry pass only. Afterwards, you must prove your skill set.
If your skills are deserving and in demand, companies may accept you even without certification. Or, you can create your own venture without depending on others. Certification is not a barrier.
If you start learning and earning early, using your study time, you can penetrate your field even at 25–26 years old. You can either be offered good corporate packages without formal credentials or establish your own realm.

Even someone with minimal formal education can succeed if their vision is clear. That’s why, if you are unsure about business ideas, start with the learning versus earning process in your chosen field.
For example, in my case, I started home tutoring. It gave me exposure, experience, and over time, I entered schools and colleges. Today, I earn 1–2 lakhs per month — without ever showing my certificates.
Learning vs Earning: The Amplifier
This approach is a gateway from learning to small-scale earning. It is the best formula for students.
Don’t let the fear of society or unsettled life block you. Unsettled life isn’t always due to lack of resources; often it’s due to lack of awareness and a mind entangled in societal conditioning.
Let us all grow together. I am also in the stage of evolving. Try to evolve. Once you reach break-even, gain financial freedom, and have a surplus to cover basic needs, your mind will naturally ask: “What next?”
Then you can open your own plane — explore fantasy, philosophy, spiritual growth, or any service you wish to provide.
Start intelligently with the safest process: learning versus earning.
