πŸ•ŠοΈ The Reality of Modern Spirituality

In today’s world, we can observe several categories of people β€” from those living below the poverty line to middle-class families, to the highly privileged. Among all, some are real truth-seekers, but often by emotion rather than realization. Their surroundings, beliefs, and mentors have created deep impressions in their psyche β€” that if one performs rituals, prayers, or meditation, enlightenment will automatically arise. These images are imprinted so strongly that they become emotional assumptions rather than experiential truths.

🌱 The Trap of Misinterpreted Spirituality

Though such people may carry sincere intentions, they lack proper resources or inner maturity to decode the essence of spirituality. Hence, they often mislead themselves into emotional traps β€” still believing they are advancing spiritually.
Yet, their purity of intention holds a hidden possibility. With time, guidance, and the right trigger, their consciousness can filter out illusions and recognize its true address β€” the Self.

πŸ’° The Illusion of Higher Society Spirituality

In higher social strata, people who have achieved material success often start asking: β€œWhat next?”
They turn to spirituality, not out of pure seeking, but from a desire for recognition or relief. Many such individuals take up voluntary service or donations, thinking this itself is spirituality.
Of course, such acts are good β€” but mistaking engagement for enlightenment becomes the subtle trap.
What they truly seek is not God, but entertainment in the mask of devotion.

πŸŒ™ The Common Ground β€” Sleep

Now, here’s the question β€” when all these different people sleep at night, isn’t the sleep the same?
What is sleep other than the absence of human awareness?
In that moment, the rickshaw puller, the saint, the businessman β€” all rest in the same dimension.
That rest is the true nature of man, where awareness dissolves into peace.
Hence, at the deepest layer β€” intentions are equal; souls are equal.

⚑ The Natural State of Synchronization

When the psyche dissolves β€” whether through deep sleep or pure observation β€” one realizes that the soul or nervous intellect seeks ultimate rest and synchronization.
This relaxation is not taught β€” it’s the soul’s own demand.
The nervous system tries to return to its original rhythm when freed from thought and tension.

β˜€οΈ Beyond the Thought β€” Freedom Itself

In this realization, there’s no need to force meditation, mantras, or spirituality itself.
When the senses calm naturally, spirituality happens by itself.
True spirituality is ultimate freedom, not an activity.
And the samples of that freedom already exist within you β€” in deep sleep and in moments of complete joy or union.
In those rare seconds, all are equal β€” all are divine.

πŸ” The Trap of Labels

Many people carry spirituality like a status badge or identity card.
They say, β€œI’m spiritual,” but that very claim strengthens the ego.
Real seekers may also fall into misinterpretation β€” running after chakras, energies, and miracles β€” because society and teachers shaped such images for them.
But true spirituality is not made for a few β€” it is the same for everyone.
It’s the soul’s natural effort to return home.

πŸ’« The Architecture of the Psyche

Each person builds their mental architecture based on environment, upbringing, and experiences.
These impressions create thought-movies that play continuously in the mind.
At deeper levels, these become neurological seeds, silently shaping our sense of β€œI.”
Hence, we are not spiritual, social, or material beings β€” we are expressions of the same resting soul, acting through different designs of the psyche.

🌊 The Dissolving Point

When you release the clutch of your egoistic force, an automatic evolution begins.
The soul has its own natural demand β€” to evolve, to merge, to synchronize.
Thoughts become the only obstacle β€” even so-called spiritual thoughts.
Once you truly understand this, you don’t need to become spiritual β€”
you simply stop interfering with the process that’s already happening within you.
Spirituality is not earned β€” it is remembered.

πŸ•‰οΈ The Final Clarity β€” What To Do?

Now, after realizing what not to do, what should one do?
The answer is simple:
There is nothing new to do β€” but there is a way to live with awareness.

  1. 🌾 Do your worldly duties with devotion and focus.

Never ignore your responsibilities.
Spirituality doesn’t demand more time β€” it demands more intensity.

  1. 🌬️ Give time to yourself.

Sit in your room, on your terrace, or in a peaceful corner.
Choose a relaxed posture; keep your spine softly erect.
Breathe deeply β€” inhale and exhale naturally 3–4 times.
Let your scattered psyche slowly gather around your breath.

  1. πŸ”Š Listen inwardly.

Close your ears gently with cotton; listen to the subtle inner sound β€”
not transmitted through your ears, but arising from within you.
That sound is the voice of your soul, the Omkarnatham β€” the vibration of existence itself.
Don’t force it; it will pull you naturally.

  1. 🌌 Surrender completely.

Surrendering to that sound is surrendering to the Infinite.
As resonance deepens, time disappears, and peace becomes your nature.

This is not a method β€” it’s a remembrance.
This is not advice, but a self-conclusion born of experience.
I’m not enlightened; I’m evolving β€” but the inward sound is guiding beautifully.
If your psyche doesn’t allow it sometimes, let it go. Don’t force.
Just be free.

🌻 Final Reflection

Spirituality is not the luxury of saints or the property of seekers.
It’s the open invitation of the cosmos β€”
a silent call for every soul to return home.

In that space, there is no high or low, no spiritual or non-spiritual,
no separation between the infinite and you.

Once you understand this truth β€”
there is nothing left to do.
Just be in resonance with your inner sound.
Because spirituality is the demand of the soul, not the psyche.
